Here’s how it works

My graphic design process takes you from a blank canvas to designs that’s are right for your business.

Chat.

First up, we’ll start with a chat either over Zoom or in person, so you can tell me about your brand, who we are talking to, and what you need the designs to do.

Proposal & Contract.

After our chat, I’ll send a proposal for the designs you need done. If there are any printed items, I’ll include a quote for that too. It also includes my terms and conditions, and timeframes. A 50% payment is required to start the work.

Design.

I’ll get working on the designs and send you the first proof. Where it’s relevant (e.g. online marketing or promotional products), I’ll place the design in sample layouts or product mock up so we can experience the designs as they would be viewed or used.

Refine.

You’ll send back any suggestions or changes and give feedback. I offer unlimited edits for these types of designs. I’ll make the changes and we’ll go back and forth until we get it right.

Delivery.

Once you’ve signed off that you’re happy with the designs, I’ll set up the files in the format they’re needed in. And if you need printing, I’ll send them off to print and to be delivered to your door.

No fly-by-night designer here. I’m there for the long term.

Yes. I use 3 trusted printing companies that offer a full range of paper stocks and printing finishes like gold foil, spot UV, matte cello and more. I can organise a quote quickly so you can get the job printed and in your hands within 7 days, in most cases.

Once the project is complete, and you’ve paid the final invoice, I’ll provide you with all the files necessary in the correct format you’ll need. The most common formats are JPEG, PNG, PDF, and vector formats like AI or EPS.

Yes. It doesn’t matter if you need occasional updates or regular changes, I’m here to provide you with a continued design service to maintain consistency across all your design materials. I love working with and maintaining great relationships with my clients.

The fine print

All prices quoted and shown are inclusive of GST

I break the total down into 2 payments. 50% initial payment and 50% final payment on completion of the project or 4 weeks from the start date, whichever comes first. Payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date.

You need to sign and return the service agreement and payment schedule, and make the initial payment before any work starts.
